We would like to welcome Natalie Young as our newest member of the RunSignUp Team! Natalie will be a Technical Customer Advocate – helping our customers set up their races and getting input for future improvements to the RunSignUp system. We are excited Natalie will be joining us for three reasons:
First, Natalie will be opening our West Coast office! Natalie lives in San Diego and will open an office there. We are looking for an Account Rep to join Natalie in this office. Our business across the US continues to build rapidly and having people across all time zones will help us serve our customers needs “from sea to shining sea”!
Second, Natalie has a ton of experience. She has worked as an event planner, a timer, and as a technical account manager for Active.com’s top customers. This gives her the insights to what customers needs are, and how we can meet those needs.
And finally, Natalie is a RunSignUp type of person! She is motivated to help customers, interested in the running industry, and wants to be a part of the most dedicated team in endurance registration.
