Incremental Report Downloads

You can now download increments of registrants in the Participant Reports. We have not allowed this in the past since we were concerned that with our ability to have multiple race directors, people would overlap their incremental downloads and miss some participants in the overlap.

You can now set a “Registration ID” range in the “Search All” Report setup. Registration ID’s always increment in RunSignUp (we should hit 4000000 pretty soon!). So you can look at the highest Registration ID number in your last report and set the beginning Registration ID to be one greater.

WARNING: Doing incremental downloads is still dangerous since there may be changes to an existing registration that you will miss by doing so.  We still recommend creating custom report views and doing full downloads for most all report downloads.
