Charities with their own donation system

Now you can add charities that want all donations to be made to their own system and website. The option is at the bottom of each charity, and can only be set for new charities as shown on the right. Note existing charities can not be set to this.

These charities appear on the Donation page and if clicked will redirect to the charities webpage. These charities do not appear in registration path since there is no reason to distract runners from signing up for your race.
