We have made some very nice enhancements to our check-in app reports and downloads under Participants>>View Participants. The participant report now includes a “Checked-In” field. This field is automatically included in the all field download, but you can also customize your default report so the field will show on the main participant screen.
We also added the option to filter by checked-in status on the “Search Participants” page. (This field is also available for the partner level participant report under Customize View)
This is useful for a number of reasons:
- Filter by “Checked -In” >>YES to see the true number of participants that were checked in, along with their full participant data. It’s also interesting to see the number of participants that checked in and compare it with the number of finishers to see the last minute no-shows!
- Filter by “Checked-In”>>NO to download a list of participants before the event to send any last minute check-in reminders
The “Checked-In” field accounts for participants that were checked in using our online check-in or with the RunSignUp offline check-in app (once the data is synced back to RSU).
