There are now options to allow fundraisers to do self-management of several functions:
- Set up new Fundraisers
- Change core details like fundraiser name, team, type and charity
- Update existing fundraisers
- Change Fundraiser questions
These settings are under Participants -> Participant Management -> Fundraisers
