RunSignUp UX developer Meredith Klein is heading up our first RunSignUp-hosted techgirlz workshop on May 23, 2018. The workshop is for any middle school girls local to our Moorestown office who are interested in learning about creating a website via WordPress. Some details:
- In this workshop, students will create their own website using WordPress. They will learn how to set up a WordPress.com website and add their own content via web pages and posts. We will also customize their website using the theme, menu and widget features in WordPress.
- The workshop will be held from 5:30pm-8:00pm on Wednesday, May 23rd, at our RunSignUp headquarters in Moorestown, NJ.
- The workshop is FREE, and pizza will be provided.
- Girls attending should plan to bring their own device to work on. If they do not have a device, they can contact Meredith to arrange one to borrow for the evening.
