Welcome Melissa Mitchell!

We are excited to welcome Melissa Mitchell to our team of dedicated Account Managers! Melissa brings endurance industry experience to our Richmond office after spending three years in a similar role at RaceIt. In the year since RaceIt closed, Melissa continued to work with technology in a customer-facing capacity; as a Customer Success Manager at Community Brands, she helped charities implement silent auction technology. She’s looking forward to getting back into the endurance industry and getting to know some of our passionate RunSignUp customers.

Outside the office, Melissa is a graduate of Wingate University and a fellow runner – she’s run many 5Ks and 10Ks, as well as her first half marathon in 2016 (Richmond Half Marathon), and she has her sights set on one day completing a triathlon! Melissa is a wedding aficionado (or at least, very popular), having been in 10 weddings and attended many more. She enjoys traveling and checking out the local breweries and wineries…and several times a year, those travels take her to Moorestown, NJ (the home of Bob Bickel and RunSignUp’s Worldwide Headquarters). In a fun coincidence: Melissa’s Uncle Buddy (Michael Sanyour) was actually the Mayor of Moorestown from Jan 03 – Dec 04, and she has cousins in the area!
