Wednesday sessions will provide a breakdown of 2020 trends and an overview of event options for 2021. Sessions include:
- 2020 Trends, 2021 Technology Roadmap, and Strategy for 2021 Events
- Virtual Race Seminar
- Virtual Challenge Seminar
- In-Person (Modified) Event Seminar
- Hybrid Event Seminar
How to Use Technology to Optimize Your Events
Thursday sessions include 20+ micro-sessions – 20 minute highlights of the key technology for 2021. Sessions include:
- Tools for race promotion (like referral rewards)
- Participant management options (like deferrals)
- Race day technology (like the CheckIn App)
- Choices for fundraising (like donation forms )
RaceJoy Certification (Timers Only)
Timers can opt to add an additional day to their Symposium by signing up for RaceJoy Certification on Tuesday, 1/19 from 1:00pm-5:00pm ET. Certification must be attended live.
Certified Timers who offer RaceJoy oversee the administration of RaceJoy, including map building, timing configurations, adjustments, and coordinating efforts and support with race organizers and users.
Registration is free, but spaces are limited. All sessions (except RaceJoy Certification) will be recorded and shared following the Symposium.
