Corporate Team Invoice Improvements

Kaiser Permanente Corporate Run/Walk in Atlanta is our largest user of the Corporate Team capabilities with hundreds of teams and thousands of runners and walkers.  They recently closed Corporate Team registration and used our system to send invoices automatically to the hundreds of teams offering them a way to pay online or via check. RunSignUp had collaborated with the race to make sure they had a system that enabled them to keep track manual or credit card payments.

We just made some nice improvements based on feedback from the race.  We’ve added the ability to generate a PDF invoice, as well as a way to resend the invoice email.  WHile that does not sound like a lot, it is very helpful when trying to make sure your race is able to collect from the corporate teams participating in your race.

And user feedback is what makes RunSignUp useful to all race directors, timers and of course the runners!
