Sharing Access to a Race

You can now conveniently add others to help manage your race. By going to the Secure Access/Info Sharing page, you can add email addresses of people you want to share access to your race as a full race director, or with limited amounts of capability.

When you add that email address, we will send them an invitation. The invite will send them to a page where they can accept the invitation or create an account first if that is what they need to do:

In addition, Partner level users of RunSignUp (like Timers) will often set up races for their race directors. Now Partners who create races from their Partner Dashboard have a new option that displays on the first page of the race creation wizard to invite a race director.
