Forcing Full Team Entry During Registration

One of the nice things about RunSignUp has been our ability to have team members sign up independently of each other. This allows each person to pay for themselves and answer custom questions for themselves, enter their own USAT number, etc.

We have added a new option to force the complete team to be entered in a single registration in the Advanced Settings for Groups/Teams. This is a nice feature for relay team races that want to make sure they have the full team entered.

Note that once a team is registered, you can use Participant Management features to override this on the Race Director Dashboard – meaning a race director can create partial teams. Also if Participant Management features are enabled to allow people to drop out or change events, then that will create incomplete teams. Also, users can create new teams from their profile that might get around this requirement if the event is for individuals and teams.
