Team Captain Options Added

Race Directors can now give Captains the ability to do several things:

• Allow Team Type to be changed. If there are multiple team types, like a 2 person or a 4 person team. Note that price differences will be ignored.
• Change Team Gender. For example change from a Male only team to a Co-ed team. We check to see if all team members meet the new team requirement.
• Change Team Age Range. This is useful to say move a team from a youth only team to a no age group team type.
