Corporate Teams – Changing Employee Status

CAUTION – USE THIS FEATURE CAREFULLY.

We have added an option to allow Race Directors and Corporate Team Captains to change the employee status of participants. The idea is that if someone signed up as an employee for the corporate team, but are actually not an employee then their employment status can be changed.

Race Directors can allow Team Captains to have this capability as well in the Setup.

CAUTION: If you have your corporate teams set up so that the Employer pays for employees, then neither the Employer or non-Employee will have paid for entry into the race. This is best used in only those races where Employees are paying for themselves that same entry fee as non-employees. If your race is set to have the Employer pay, then it is better to remove the person from the race entirely and ask them to re-register.
