Thanksgiving Stats

We are very thankful for all the people who made use of RunSignUp yesterday. We were also thankful our self-serve technology worked so well (and we didn’t have too many support calls!).

Here are the numbers for 2016 Thanksgiving Day (find the 2015 results here):

SignUp

• 249 Races used us for Registration
• 103 Races took online registration on Thanksgiving morning
• 350,000 People Registered via RunSignUp (plus a lot more that were imported)
• 4,500 People Registered yesterday
• 6,000,000 Emails were sent in November – many for Turkey Trots

Check-In

• 36 Races used our new Check-In App
• 57,000 Runners checked in for those races

Results

• 142 Races used us for Results
• 136,000 Results uploaded to RaceDay Results
• 56 Races using our Notification System
• 74,000 Result Notifications sent via TXT and EMail
• 566,000 Page Views on Thanksgiving Day – mostly looking at Results
• 82% from mobile Phones or Tablets (lucky we have a mobile design!)
• Hundreds of Thousands scored with The Race Director
