CRM Roll Out

Screen Shot 2018-06-01 at 1.00.41 PMAs part of our continuing CRM roll-out with features like a CRM Participant Hub, CRM for Donations and Fundraising, and CRM Notes, we are introducing a new CRM Menu on the dashboard. This will be the home for a lot more to come in the coming months with very powerful search capabilities, as well a the ability to create many type of promotion and communication activities like auto-birthday greeting coupons. The RunSignUp CRM model is really directed at using your participant data to improve your promotional efforts.

The release introduces simple Search that searches across all races you have access to (or choose the option to look only in this race).

The full view of a customer helps you figure out if this person has done races or made donations to your race in the past. You also have quick access to drill down on more information or manage their registration across your various races.

The Create List looks simple right now, but will be the center for creating powerful, context aware searches to create lists. For example, you will be able to look for people who signed up with a coupon last year, or for volunteers at water stops.

Once you create a list, you can save it for reuse. This will become clearer in the next couple of weeks when we introduce our first Promotion. You will be able to Include and Exclude lists. For example, include Previous Participants for a promotion, but exclude current participants.

The Create Promotions will get its first promotion in the next couple of weeks where you will be able to quickly create a coupon for previous participants, send it in an email and create a Facebook Custom Audience in just a couple of clicks.

The final menu item, Promotions, will show you the metrics from RunSignUp Analytics and allow you to reuse your promotions.

And Measurements of Activities, like Return on Ad Spend, # of registrations. You will be able to easily compare different Promotions and sort by best returns so you know what to do the following year.
