Moorestown, NJ – RunSignUp, the leading technology provider for races in the US, has released an update to its CRM (Customer Relationship Management) that allows race organizers to better track and manage their participants. The CRM is the core of RunSignUp’s participant management capabilities, creating a single hub for organizers to access all participant data relevant to their event(s).
Race organizers can access features of the RunSignUp CRM by clicking into any individual on their participant report.
The data in the CRM view includes:
- All current and previous registrations to the selected race
- All current and previous registrations to any race to which that the director has admin access
- Profile data (name, birthday, gender, etc.)
- Quick view of any referrals registrations tied to the participant, broken down by year and by race
- Donation and fundraising contributions for the participant, broken down by year and by race
- A Notes field that only can only be seen internally by race Admins
The most recent update is the addition of the Notes to the CRM view, allowing race directors to include add personal comments about a specific participant that can be viewed only by organizers. These notes can be used to explain the reason for a refund, create a record of promised accommodations, or designate someone as a VIP. A race director can see all notes for a participant for all races that they have admin access to, regardless of who wrote the note; they cannot see notes for a participant that were created in a race for which they are not an admin.
The addition of notes is another step in RunSignUp’s drive to build out their CRM as a central information repository for all information about participants, fundraisers, and donors, making it easier to recognize, foster, and reward loyal participation in an event.
