We have added some more options when setting up a custom membership. This is useful for clubs who may want to restrict access to certain events. This is found on the Membership setup page: There are a variety of options including field length, numeric/alpha and any format:
We have added Age Range as an option for Memberships. This makes it easier for Clubs to have a Youth Membership or a Senior Membership. It is set on the 4th step of the Club Wizard when defining Club Memberships:
We have added the option to hide the membership discount amount. Some race directors felt this encouraged people to try to cheat the system.
We have added an option for Memberships (Financial -> Pricing -> Memberships) to prevent double dipping. This is for races that might have two different Membership discounts – one for USATF and one for EMS for example. It is in the Global Settings at the top of the page.
