Corporate Teams can set passwords to minimize the possibility of non-employees joining the team. We have added an option to this where a Corporate Team Captain can share a link that also includes a token that eliminates the password. We have added a notification for race directors when a new Corporate Team is created. This is off by default. You can turn it on in the Notification Settings page on your race director dashboard.

If this option is turned on, the age-based pricing will override any special corporate team pricing the race may have set-up. To prevent errors, we do not allow Corporate Teams to be deleted. They can be hidden on the Edit Team page: This now will show on the reports, so when you download CSV’s they can be sorted easily.
We have made it simpler for Corporate Team Captains to see the code they set up for joining their teams. It shows right on the team page (and only to the Captain) as shown below:
