Early registration is now open for the 2020 RunSignup Summer Symposium, taking place July 27-29, 2020 at the Warwick Hotel in Philadelphia, PA. RunSignup’s biannual Symposiums offer race directors, timers, nonprofits, and other industry professionals an opportunity to invest in their education and connect with their peers. Early registration starts at just $150 and includes an Opening Reception and two full days of education and networking activities. The previous three RunSignup Symposiums have sold out, and space is limited.
Education sessions at the Summer 2020 event is designed to meet the needs of endurance industry professionals. Symposium attendees include:
- Timers seeking cutting edge technology and business strategies to differentiate themselves in the market.
- Race Directors hoping to grow their events and create memorable RaceDay experiences
- Nonprofits aiming to raise more and save time
- Vendors interested in connecting with industry professionals in a personal, interactive setting
The three intersecting education tracks will focus on RunSignup tools for race directors, the RaceDay Technology Suite for timers, and GiveSignup for nonprofits, with sessions led by RunSignup employees and outside industry experts. Session topics will include marketing trends, business strategies, technology for RaceDay and methods to raise more with GiveSignup. Additionally, timers can opt to add a day before the Symposium to be certified in the RaceDay Technology Suite, including RaceDay Scoring and RaceJoy, the GPS-based runner tracking app.
Additional opportunities for learning can be found in the demo area, where RunSignup employees are available to share best practices, demonstrate key products, and answer attendee questions.
