With the endurance industry facing uncertainty due to COVID-19 and related restrictions on gatherings, we have decided not to hold a 2020 Summer Symposium. This year, we want to focus our attention and efforts on providing virtual tools and resources to help the endurance industry navigate the coronavirus.
We started our Symposiums in 2014 to bring together customers for mutual education – to allow us to learn what they needed, for us to help them get the most out of our tools, and for customers to share knowledge with each other. Since then, the events have grown, regularly selling out at ~250-300 attendees and expanding to biannual (almost…2020 would officially have been the first biannual year).
We don’t really feel like this summer will be any different, though. Sure, we won’t get to see all your faces, there will be fewer drinks shared, and Bob won’t stand on (or potentially fall off of) a stage in a big ballroom. But the spirit will be the same: we want to spend this time monitoring what tools our customers need to get by, providing education to help them get the most out of our technology, and sharing customer stories that can help other events find success.
If you’re home now, and wondering what to do with your time, you can always take a trip back to previous Symposiums – we’ve archived all the video and slideshow content for you here.
Keep an eye on our blog (here!) and Facebook for information about new technology updates and training opportunities.
Attendees who previously registered for the 2020 Summer Syposium will be refunded in full.
