We are looking to hire a full time software developer to help RunSignUp continue to provide great web services and cutting edge technology to the running community. We have an advanced technology stack running on Amazon that produced 99.998% up time in 2013 and allowed us to serve customers with speed in the top 10% of all websites. Our infrastructure is built on PHP and MySQL. We were the first race registration website to offer a mobile interface to runners, and over 40% of our registrations occur on mobile now. We use Bootstrap and a responsive design as well as extensive AJAX and Javascript on the front end. We believe in Continuous Integration and Deployment, with over 200 significant releases in 2013 alone. We also believe in re-writing software every 2-3 years to improve our system based on what we have learned from customers.
We are looking for someone to work on the core product offering. This means someone who will do web development in PHP, MYSQL and Javascript. Mostly, we are looking for technical excellence and superior development skills. Number of years of experience is not important, as we realize everyone (including us!) has things to learn.

Competitive base salary based on expertise and experience. The company offers a generous profit sharing plan. In addition, the company has a profit sharing plan that all employees participate in. Health insurance is company paid, plus a $2,000 HSA contribution by the company. The company also has a Simple IRA and pays up to 3% of an employees salary as a matching contribution.
