Moorestown, NJ – The Race Director, timing software used by more 20,000 races to score 8.7 million participants in 2017, has announced their 2018 User Conference. The conference will be held on Wednesday, March 14, 2018, from 8:30am-4pm at the Hyatt Place Chicago O’Hare in Rosemont, IL. Registration for the conference is now open and is limited to the first 55 people who register.
The Conference will open with a networking reception on the evening of Tuesday, March 13, and will cover several areas of content:
- The Race Director 2018 enhancements
- An introduction to RaceDay Scoring – the next generation of The Race Director
- Timer submitted topics and Q&A
In addition to the Wednesday session, The Race Director founder Roger Bradshaw and RaceDay Scoring Product Manager Matt Avery will be available for individual timer meetings during the day on Tuesday, Wednesday evening, and on Thursday morning. Wednesday breakfast and lunch will be included in the cost of registration; limited hotel rooms are available through the host hotel Hyatt Place Chicago O’Hare for $127-154/night.
