RaceDay Certifications
Day 2 of the Winter Symposium has two options for RaceDay Certifications for timers )in addition to sessions for race directors and nonprofits). RunSignup’s RaceDay Timer Certification program is designed ot give timers a compeititve advantage and help you grow your business. The certifications are full-day programes with in-depth training and certification scenarios that must be passed. Timers who were previously certified can join the first class of Advanced RaceDay Certification, with more challenging use-cases and scenarios in RaceDay Scoring and RaceJoy, and additional RaceDay products covered.
Technology Demo Room
The Technology Demo Room is your one-stop-shop for hands-on training and individual discussion. Stations will be available covering Viral Social Marketing, Race Websites, Email Marketing, GiveSignup Technology, Nonprofit Ticket Events, RaceDay Scoring, RaceDay Registration and CheckIn, RaceJoy Runner Tracking, RaceDay Results, RaceDay Photos, Sales Tax, and scoring hardware options. Beverages will be available in the Technology Demo Room throughout the Symposium, along with a raffle to win an Apple Watch for participating in a demo of RaceDay Scoring or RaceJoy. Demo Room stations are open 8:00am-5:00pm on Monday and 7:00am-8:30am and 2:15pm-5:00pm on Tuesday.
Morning Suite Run
Join us for an early morning run through the lush Florida landscape. Our RaceDay team will use the opportunity to provide a live demo of the RaceDay Suite, including RaceDay Scoring, RaceJoy’s live phone tracking and monitoring, and RaceDay Photos. The run and RaceDay Suite demo will be followed by a Sweet pre-breakfast doughnut!
Networking Opportunities
It’s all about who you meet. Our Monday evening dinner in the Chef’s Garden is designed for mingling and discussion, with a spread of Florida-style cuisine and drinks to share.
We’ll close up the Symposium on Tuesday with a poolside Closing Reception and time to debrief and discuss…or just relax. Schedule a late flight!
