Donation Forms: UX

Donation forms offer a new and exciting option for donating. Donation Forms automatically apply your nonprofit’s branding and custom domain or subdomain, giving your nonprofit a 100% white-label solution to collect donations.

As we continue to work on donation forms we wanted to share some of the usability updates that we are making.

Accessibility Fixes

We ran an audit on our donation form pages and after making a few adjustments we have a high rating on all pages.

Center header Content

The header was re-coded to scale for small and larger amounts of content.

Recurring Giving Update

For recurring giving options, when only two are selected, radio buttons are shown. Otherwise a dropdown is used.

Confirmation page updates

On the confirmation page we made the “Thank You” title larger and added a custom button that takes the user back to your donation website or a custom URL of your choice. The clear button was also de-emphasized to avoid confusion.

Setup Page Updates

The setup page was re-organized to increase the ease of use.
