Working with so many race directors and timers, we learn that pretty much everyone has a slightly different view of the way they want to organize their races.
One of those little areas of dispute is how much information is required for a runner to register. With the increase in electronic communication, address becomes less useful. Or perhaps you just want to get runners registered as quickly as possible – maybe you are running a kiosk at race day check-in. Or maybe you want everything to be required!
We have just released a nice little change that allows race directors and timers the ability to specify what is required and what is not. Here is a little screen shot from the Customize -> Registration Tab.
