February Race Director Newsletter

Kiosk 2.0

This month we are continuing on our theme from January – RunSignUp Go with Race Day tools to make your life easier. Kiosk 2.0 is an update of our multi-device (Tablet, Chromebook, Mac or PC) that can be used for registration, check-in, bib assignment and results viewing.

Kiosks are useful in many settings. Running stores can modernize the “rack” of race flyers, Running Club meetings can encourage going to races, and at your Expo and race day to do registration, bib assignment and Results display. We also have added the option of showing certain customer questions during kiosk registration for more flexibility.

Check-in & Bib Assignment 2.0

Another key part of RunSignUp Go is making bib assignment and check-in powerful and smooth. RunSignUp Go enables you to have a full choice of RunSignUp and Technology Partner options for doing this. The new bib assignment and check-in system offers new options like:

  • Kiosk Mode
  • Search by Registration ID
  • Bar Codes on Confirmations for easy scan at check-in
  • “Limited Access” option for volunteers
  • Powerful tracking for multi-location (store) packet pickup
  • Check-In reports
  • Team bib assignment (for example Triathlon Relays)
