You, our customers, are amazing! You keep recommending us to your friends and we keep growing. On March 25 we will reach half the number of total registrations we did all of 2013. If we keep on a flat rate, it means we will double in size. But it seems with all your recommendations, it may be bigger than that.
We continue to invest back into the service with new features that hopefully make your races better for runners, and easier for you to do your jobs as race directors, timers, club officers and running store owners.
We also continue to monitor our responsiveness to questions coming in. Our ratio continues to improve in terms of the # of emails per thousand registration due to our investments in Help and HowTo videos and guides. We are determined to keep the same fast responsiveness to everyone’s questions and maybe even notch it up a bit to be even more proactive in reviewing new races that are published. So don’t be surprised to see emails from us making suggestions!
We will also be making some investments into helping everyone help each other. Our upcoming RunSignUp User Conference is one example, but soon we will be reaching out to folks to capture their success stories so everyone can learn from them. More on both these topics in the coming weeks.
