Male/Female Giveaway Reporting

As part of our Reporting 2.0, we have updated the Giveaway report to show the number of males and females ordering each type of Giveaway. Note you still need to list Women’s and Men’s shirts as separate items since some men will order women’s shirts and vice-versa.  Do NOT use this for automatically assuming that a female wants a women’s shirt.
