We have run into major issues with our old email provider, iContact, that we have had for several years. While we have been dissatisfied with them for a while, which is one of the reasons we built the new email system, this is a major outage caused by the size of our user base.
If you can log into your account from the RunSignUp Promotion -> iContact menu, we STRONGLY suggest downloading your contact lists and any email texts that you want to keep. You will be able to upload those to the new email system.
Right now we are trying to work with them to recover data and get it at least partially working again. It is fortuitous that we were working on our new system that is meant to replace iContact, although we were hoping to leave that as an option for at least a few months.
More updates will appear as we work to resolve the issue.
