Refunding donations is an uncommon occurrence. Now when it happens, you will be able to process the refunds easily.
On the donation report, you will see a “Refund” button in red on the far right column by each donation. Clicking on that button brings up the form below:
Note the option menu in the far right corner that let’s you select whether you want to refund the entire amount or the original donation amount less the original processing fee plus the $1.00 fee we charge to process the refunds.
