Bulk Check-In by Registration ID

We have added a way to use RunSignUp’s Bulk Check-in Option with Registration ID’s, instead of bib numbers. This is a great feature for races that mail-out bib numbers and want to make sure those registrants are marked as checked-in once the bib numbers are sent out. The Check-in App and Chrome App will show that these runners have already been checked-in, to prevent handing out a second bib number.

You can find this option under Go Race Day>>Race Day Check-In>>Bulk Check-In. Select the option for “Check-in participants by registration IDs.” Race Directors can paste the registration IDs into the box and hit the DO BULK CHECK-IN button.

When complete, the screen will confirm the number of participants that have been checked in for the race.
