January’s Top News
We announced a new partnership, the first of its kind, between RunSignUp, ChronoTrack, and Athlinks: The companies will work to tightly integrate their solutions, providing an open platform for customers to select the right components for them, and new pricing and packaging bundles that will provide significant benefits for participants, race directors, and timers. Catch all the details on the press release, learn more about the partnership, and read about why we believe in investing in open collaboration.
RunSignUp has been certified as PCI Level 1 Compliant: This step, taken because we had reached a volume of processing as a payment facilitator required nearly 6 months of infrastructure, process, and procedure updates and an audit from a third party Qualified Service Provider. We were pleased to make these improvements, and can provide an Attestation of Compliance (AOC) by request.
RaceJoy Debuts Race Calendar Release: The newest release of RaceJoy now offers runners and cyclists a convenient race calendar of upcoming events. All races that use RunSignUp registration will automatically appear in RaceJoy’s calendar, providing free advertising along with in-app registration. RaceJoy is an open platform with plans to integrate with other registration providers to expand the race listing.
