Race Director Resources
New Sponsor Management Platform: ICYMI, we have rolled out an initial release for our new centralized Sponsor Management platform as a top-level component on your Race Dashboard. Currently, you have multiple display placement options, sponsor levels, invites for sponsors to create their own display and a notes log, but we’ll be building this out into a powerful sponsor management hub over the coming months.
How To Use Images and HTML Templates in RunSignUp Emails: In response to a question we get a lot…yes, you can add photos (as long as they are hosted online) or use a pre-existing formatted email with the RunSignUp email system. Here’s your how-to!
Encourage Referrals: A Referral Refund Program is key for building an effective marketing strategy for your event…but to make it truly productive, you should be creative about communicating the program to your runners. Check out the fun, unique video that The Mighty Mud Dash made to help explain and promote it to their participants!
