CRM for Fundraising

We have begun to release CRM functionality for fundraising organizations. The RunSignUp CRM enables you to look across all of your races and build filters for Participants, Fundraisers and Donors quickly and easily.

In the example above, this race has 23,076 total participants. We want to look for people who were participants from near Moorestown and females over 40 years old, who raised over $250, and who gave over $100 themselves. Here is how simple it is.

First, click on the Participants button to set up a filter of the participants you are looking for:

  1. Within 50 miles of Moorestown, NJ
  2. Participated at least once
  3. Are over 40
  4. Are Female

This shrinks the list to 7,447, and you can easily see the filters you have set (and simply click the “x” to remove that filter):

Now, we are looking for Fundraisers who raised at least $250:

This shrinks the list more to 257. And again, you can see the filters (color coded):

Finally, we are looking for people who also made their own donation of over $100 since January 1, 2018:

This shrinks the list to 71 total people:

Note we are looking for people who did all of these things. If you wanted a combination of them, you would create separate lists of participants and one for donors.

You can now simply email these people. Over the coming weeks we will be adding powerful export options to create spreadsheets or send to MailChimp or DropBox to give you complete flexibility with your Race and Fundraising CRM.
