Many races would prefer for RunSignUp to make payments to the charities. Races can now invite a Charity to manage this payment information when they set up each charity:
An email invitation is sent. It will need to be accepted, and any donations made before then will be sent to the race.
Note the field on the bottom right of the screen shot above. This allows the race the withhold a certain amount of money from the charity before giving funds. This can be used to help share the costs of the race between the race organizers and the charity.
The charity will have a setup page as well as a report page once they create an account on RunSignUp:

Yes, you can set up multiple charities under the Donate Tab and then the Charities Tab.
