We have improved the Giveaway Report to make it easier to see remaining inventory at a glance:
If you are bundling multiple races or have a race series with multiple dates, the date on the race website shows the date range. You can now set a specific race date on the Miscellaneous Settings page: Before: After:
Since users can change their Date of Birth in their profiles, Race Directors can now generate a report showing all changes. There are two reasons why someone may do this: Take advantage of age-based pricing during registration and then changing to their appropriate age once done. Take advantage of special age group awards for results after […]
We have now made it easier to see referrals across all races with this new option:
We have added a notification for race directors when a new Corporate Team is created. This is off by default. You can turn it on in the Notification Settings page on your race director dashboard.
RunSignUp charges a $1 fee to process refunds. Some races want to pay this fee so the participant receives a full refund. We have added an option to do this on the Refund Setup page: This also applies under the right conditions for bib exchanges as well – where the race can pick up the […]
We have a new warning pop-up when you go to the Race Wizard and the original race date has passed. We added this because some race directors went into the wizard to just update the date for next year’s race rather than doing a full “renewal” process. This caused problems with things like all of […]
There is now an option to change the Store Menu text from “Store” to anything you want. It is on the bottom of the Store Setup page:
We have updated the Twitter share to be more like the Facebook share where it shows an image with the tweet (see below). It uses the same images as Facebook. If a race want to use the smaller format, they can check the “Use smaller image for Facebook posts from the registration confirmation page” option in […]
During event and participant (bib) transfers, if the original runner had a Large Shirt reserved and there is no more inventory of Large, the person they are transferring to can claim that Large shirt now. Previously, it showed the size as being sold out. This also works for people transferring from say the Marathon to […]
Since the Corral setup page can be long for large events, we have added a floating “Save” button to the bottom when there are more than 5 corrals. We have also added an unsaved changes warning if you have made changes on the page and forget to Save.
If you give age or multi-person discount pricing, you can now limit the ability for “double dipping” on discounts from Club Memberships. This is controlled in the different pricing setups, such as the screen shot below from Age Based Pricing.
We have added another widget – this time for showing the # of participants relative to the participant cap. (Caution – remember when you have a sell out race these numbers may change a lot in the 2 minutes it takes people to register – and caps are calculated on the final step of registration. […]
