RunSignUp charges a $1 fee to process refunds. Some races want to pay this fee so the participant receives a full refund. We have added an option to do this on the Refund Setup page:
This also applies under the right conditions for bib exchanges as well – where the race can pick up the $1 fee of refunding the original participant who is getting a refund after transferring their bib to another runner.
