Kevin Lai Joins RunSignUp Customer Support Team!

We are pleased to announce that Kevin Lai has joined RunSignUp as the newest member of our customer support team. Kevin will become our primary support person on the weekends for RunSignUp, Race Director and RaceJoy in addition to some support coverage during the week. Kevin is busy training now with the team. He is already helping users with RunSignUp questions on and will transition into his role also supporting Race Director and RaceJoy.


Kevin has plenty of experience with customer support for race events. Prior to RunSignUp Kevin worked as an Event Coordinator and Event Timer at a timing and registration company in St. Louis that was primarily focused on cross country and track events. Kevin was also an Assistant Cross Country and Track and Field Coach at Fontbonne University where he earned his Master’s Degree in supply chain management. Kevin ran track and field collegiately at Penn State Behrend where he enjoyed a successful career culminating in two school records, 3 all-conference performances and a few trips to the Division III ECAC Championships. A sprinter at heart, Kevin will find any excuse to avoid running anything more than a lap on the track.

Kevin will be picking up some of Megan Cary’s support responsibilities as she transitions to an Account Manager role in our Richmond, VA office and some of Matt Avery’s support responsibilities as he spends more time on the development of Race Day Scoring.
