Free Websites: they’re here! We have released our upgraded, free Websites for Races and Clubs. These sites are dynamic, flexible, professional, and created automatically in your Race or Club Wizard. Beyond that, they are fully optimized for Mobile, and work well with the updates to Facebook Mobile Pages. Customize your page with Website Themes (check out the Holiday options!), custom colors, custom content and menu, and hide pages as you want. Explore more withSingle Image Webpage with Link, Inspiration for your Website, Links to Other Pages from Race Menu, and your own URL.
Runner facelift: Race Directors aren’t the only ones getting upgraded…we have also enhanced the runner experience. In addition to a prettier look and feel, Runners now have access to Preferences that can be saved across race registrations to reduce keystrokes and time to register. Currently, Preferences are for Emergency Contact and Notifications, but we will be adding Giveaways and (optional) Credit Cards. Runner Participant Management (Giveaway management, transfers, team joining & management, etc) has also received a makeover for a clean, simple, and mobile-friendly experience.
New RaceJoy Release! Version 3.1 of RaceJoy is now available for Apple devices. In addition to a more modern feel, the new interface makes it easy to properly set up different features for runners and spectators. The release also includes an audio message if the phone is disconnected from GPS at any point (due to poor cell reception or a phone issue), and scored Race Results for Phone Trak races (when contracted by the event organizers). The Android version will be issued by October.
