Powerful New Source Tracking From RaceCRM and RaceInsights
Track Registration Source by Individual
Race Directors have a new tool to build better, more intelligent marketing campaigns with new RaceInsights data accessible from the RaceCRM. RaceInsights is the engine that tracks traffic source (such as Facebook, a specific email, or a custom digital marketing activity) to provide aggregate reports of all registrations and donations on RunSignup – similar to what Amazon Attribution just implemented. With this release, source tracking will now be stored on an individual basis so that a race director can see the origin of a specific registration within RaceCRM.
Why is this exciting? Knowing what brought a participant to your race initially can help you reach them in subsequent years. For example, race directors can filter CRM data to view or export all participants who registered via Facebook previously and create a custom audience to target those people on Facebook for a later race. Want more ways to segment your participants and reward specific groups? Clubs have also been added to CRM!
