We are starting some clean up items on the Volunteer system. The first small change is to remove the “SignUp” button in the header image when people are on a Volunteer Page – so they do not get mixed up and click on it and get redirected to sign up for the race.
We have added an option to include an Instagram Link on your RunSignUp generated Race Website. When someone clicks on the little Instagram link, they are directed to the Instagram page as shown in the example on the right. GO to Promotion -> Instagram and enter your Instagram name.

We made some database tuning updates that have improved performance for some of the participant management reports, which had slowed for large races. Most reports run in RunSignUp should run in 1-2 seconds now. If you find a report with slow performance, let us know.

Since the Corral setup page can be long for large events, we have added a floating “Save” button to the bottom when there are more than 5 corrals. We have also added an unsaved changes warning if you have made changes on the page and forget to Save.
